YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management and control of test systems as "Product Owner" in the context of production and joint commissioning, validation, and integration, together with the development team.
- Planning and monitoring timelines for the creation of test systems.
- Introduction, monitoring, and optimization of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Sharing and coordinating with R&D;, laboratory, and production.
- Optimization of test content, supporting the creation and maintenance of process and control plans.
- Defining measures for the further development of test systems based on statistical evaluations aimed at increasing test depth, improving stability, and optimizing test timing and content.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Degree in electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering, or automation engineering.
- Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and Italian is considered a plus.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector,



preferably in test engineering.
- Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and electronic EOL test systems (HW+SW).
- Familiarity with process engineering and test engineering topics.
- Knowledge in the field of validation and capability analyses, correlation analyses, as well as statistics and Six Sigma.
- Strong knowledge in data management, e.g., PLC.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a "matrix" model.
- Ability to work towards goals.
