For our Italian HQ based in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) we are seeking a proactive Quality Control Coordinator with skills/experience in managing and coordinating Quality Control activities and functions.

Responsibilities

- Act as a focal point for issuing test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers, ensuring they are submitted promptly and in exhaustive detail.
- Timely scheduling and allocation of Agency Inspector / NoBo / QC Engineer attendance for specific quality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & final inspection and testing.
- Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects with multiple vendors / subcontractors.
- Assembly / compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR) according to Approved Indexes.
- Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report system improvements.

The Person





- Experienced in a coordination / administration role within an engineering / manufacturing environment, preferably in the energy / industrial applications or similar industry.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written, in Italian and English.
- Excellent team player.
- Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail‑oriented.
- Confident and assertive.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions autonomously.
- Experience working in an ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) environment.
- Can‑do attitude.

€40,000 - €50,000 a year
