In cooperation with the Accounting & Cost Control Manager the new resource will be involved in all daily accounting and financial operations of the company.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the processing (SDI) and accounting entries about third parties invoices, VATtreatmentQuarterly submission of LIPE. Monthly IntrastatProviding data for VAT return declarationProviding data for annual tax certification for independent contractorsPayroll Entries as well as monthly reconciliation of related GL accounts (social charges, tfr)Quarterly reconciliation between invoices recorded and invoices received via SDIRecording of bank transactions and Monthly Bank/Credit Card ReconciliationMonthly accruals and provision to ensure costs are correctly allocated as per accounting principlesEnsuring invoices are paid in a timely mannerManaging the expenses report ensuring these are compliant with our internal policies and proceduresFixed asset management ensuring the correct accounting and depreciation treatmentPerforming balance sheet reconciliationSupporting the audit activities internal and external on a quarterly basisStoring and archiving of accounting documentation as per law requirementsCommunication and support other departmentsSupporting the preparation of the yearly financial statementQualificationsDiploma in Accounting and/or Degree in EconomicsPrevious experience in the role, at least 1/2 years; Proficient knowledge of Excel; Proficient in English.As a PlusKnowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft, HFM, and/or other accounting systemsKnowledge of consolidated financial statements and IFRS PrinciplesAdditional InformationUbisoft is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that reflects the diversity of our player community.
