Experteer Overview

In this Process Engineer role, you will support cutting‑edge chemical processes across large-scale capital projects. You’ll work with project teams to optimize processes, uphold safety and EH&S; standards, and boost productivity and cost efficiency in global manufacturing. You’ll develop best practices, design documentation, and provide technical support for plants while mentoring others. This position combines hands‑on process optimization with cross‑functional collaboration to deliver value in a sustainability‑focused, inclusive culture.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Collaborate with Project Managers to define and implement chemical processes on large capital projects
- Develop and document technology best practices, process designs, and equipment specifications
- Provide expertise in process optimization, troubleshooting, and implementation of proven technologies
- Assist in creating Process Design Packages and other project documentation
- Support EH&S; and Process Safety standard implementation across plants
- Use engineering tools for process modeling, equipment sizing,



and hazard analysis
- Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and safety objectives
- Provide ongoing technical support for existing and new plants, focusing on optimization and technology implementation
- Develop training materials and documentation for engineering best practices

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Experience in chemical process design and optimization for large-scale projects
- Proficiency in process engineering tools, process modeling, and hazard analysis
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Process Safety principles and EH&S; regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, fluent in English and Italian (Rho) or German (Rheinmunster) or French (Saint-Avoid)
- Experience with project management processes and ability to mentor others
