Experteer Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of accounts across the assigned market, driving Golf, Sports and Entertainment business for Castiglion del Bosco. You act as the brand ambassador, collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing team to grow accounts and exceed client expectations. You will leverage Salesforce and coordinate with Events Sales to maximize opportunities, while shaping the Sales & Marketing strategy and delivering compelling client presentations. You join a high-performance, growth-focused luxury hotel with global expansion ambitions.

- Craft tailored proposals reflecting the property's identity and client needs
- Utilize Salesforce to track performance and ensure seamless client interactionsCollaborate with Events Sales to convert leads and pursue high-potential opportunities
- Analyze trends to contribute to Sales & Marketing strategy and provide actionable insights
- Build SMART key account plans with clear objectives,



timelines, and conversion strategies
- Engage decision-makers at all levels and adapt sales approaches to secure new business
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and client presentations

Responsabilità

- Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and Opera PMS
- Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and verbal communication
- Strong relationship-building, attention to detail, and polished interpersonal skills
- Team player who contributes to a positive and ambitious culture
- Proactive mindset with willingness to mentor others and support development initiatives
- Personal interest in Sports and Golf is appreciated
