In this role you are accountable for securing optimal reinsurance protections for the Generali Group within P&C; Treaty Retrocession. You will align protection design with corporate strategy and market conditions, working closely with reinsurers, brokers, and internal partners. You will lead negotiations and manage post-closing structures like sidecars, while maintaining strong relationships with reinsurers and top management. This position offers impact by shaping the Group’s reinsurance program and reporting to senior governance bodies.

Qualifications

- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Law
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance
- Fluent English
