You will shape acquisition strategy, build scalable policies, and drive strategic plans to expand the air treatment division. You’ll oversee end-to-end project execution, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining stakeholder relationships and compliance. This role offers influence over a pivotal division in a decarbonisation-driven industrial portfolio with a hands-on, strategic mandate.

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong track record leading HVAC businesses across industrial, commercial and complex residential projects
- Hands-on, technical leadership with integration capabilities
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
- Highly strategic with deep market knowledge and strong communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and entrepreneurs to acquire
