As Tribe Lead Growth at ING Italia, you will drive the digital growth agenda and own the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while scaling sustainable growth through analytics, martech, and digital marketing excellence. You’ll integrate data‑driven strategy with end‑to‑end execution across acquisition, activation, and cross‑sell, aligning with Brand and Communications. This role offers impact at scale within a dynamic, innovative bank culture that values bold thinking. You’ll shape how ING Italia attracts and retains customers in a fast‑moving market, supported by a global, flexible and inclusive environment.

- Own and evolve the digital acquisition strategy across the full sales funnel
- Integrate performance marketing, SEO, paid media and conversion optimization into a unified growth approach
- Optimize marketing investments and strengthen internal media buying capabilities
- Drive KPI monitoring and continuous optimization of landing pages and funnels
- Define and implement customer‑centric growth strategies for primary/mobile/active segments
- Lead omnichannel communications and manage a below‑the‑line incentives budget
- Provide customer insights to Tribes and embed analysts into product squads




- Oversee the Martech stack including analytics, experimentation, campaign orchestration, CMS, and attribution models
- Enable Martech solutions for other segments and ensure clear segmentation ownership
- Develop and deploy advanced analytics models focused on growth, LTV and churn
- Lead a high‑performance Tribe and foster capability development
- Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory requirements and governance

Responsabilità

- 10+ years in banking, fintech or digital‑first environments
- Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional agile teams
- Deep expertise in digital growth, performance marketing and end‑to‑end funnel optimization
- Strong data‑driven mindset with hands‑on analytics, experimentation and insightsSolid knowledge of Martech ecosystems and scalable platforms
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen including pricing and incentive management
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align local and global teams
