Maintenance Planner – Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for site maintenance plan through SAP PM (CMMS) management

Maintenance performance monitoring and reliability improvement initiatives

Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Production global and local teams

Leading Spare Parts team

Develop maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, and reliability trends

Support the Head of Engineering & Maintenance in the maintenance budget management

Contribute to technical spare parts optimization and contractor management

Support procurement activities within the Engineering area

Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental and corporate requirements

Maintain and update engineering and maintenance documentation

Qualifications





Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background

3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments

Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory

Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing) and of safety regulations (GMP is a plus)

Fluency both in Italian and English

Strong analytical, communication and ability to work cross-functionally

Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
