As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, you own the strategy and delivery of complex, first-time automation infrastructure deployments across Amazon’s global fulfillment network. You operate within the Robotics Delivery and Packaging Innovation International team, shaping deployment plans and guiding cross-functional builds from concept to go-live and handover. You will influence senior leaders, mentor engineers, and drive scalable processes that enable rapid deployment at scale. This role offers high-impact work at the intersection of robotics, infrastructure, and international operations with broad cross-region collaboration.

- Manage lifecycle of cross-functional infrastructure builds, unblocking teams and prioritizing resources
- Align with VP-level stakeholders and advise Directors on trade-offs and deployment decisions
- Define build requirements and dependencies for new complex products; feedback on design issues
- Develop scalable deployment frameworks and tooling to standardize first-time deployments
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability using data-driven metrics
- Mentor junior deployment engineers and promote engineering best practices
- Evaluate large-scale automation tech across countries and building types
- Streamline processes and decouple dependencies to avoid development collisions
- Lead on-site deployments during go-live and capture learnings for scalable mechanisms
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience managing complex infrastructure technology programs or deployments end-to-end
- Experience defining deployment strategies for new technologies where build plans did not exist
- Ability to define infrastructure build requirements and dependencies for new complex products
- Experience identifying deployment design issues and providing actionable feedback to engineering teams
- Experience influencing within a VP organization and advising senior leaders on strategy and trade-offs
- Experience mentoring and developing engineers
- Experience with written communication including narratives and presenting to Directors and VPs
- Experience with multi-country deployments and regulatory environments (preferred)
