Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead and support multidisciplinary environmental permitting projects across industrial, real estate, infrastructure, and energy sectors. You’ll work with engineering teams to ensure quality, schedules, and budgets, while engaging with public authorities and clients. The role combines technical execution with project delivery leadership, focusing on permitting, HSE compliance, and stakeholder relationships to advance sustainable projects.

- Ensure compliance with Company Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health procedures
- Review and implement project delivery strategies and oversee budgets and delivery performance
- Develop and deliver project plans and reports, forecasting performance against schedules
- Contribute to development of project delivery strategies
- Manage full lifecycle of Environmental, Permitting, Health and Safety services (scope, budget, schedule, subcontractors, site visits, reporting)
- Interact with public authorities and other project stakeholders
- Support Health & Safety activities, focusing on internal compliance and client services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and address feedback
Responsabilità
- Degree in Environmental Engineering (or equivalent)
- More than 5 years of experience in environmental and permitting projects
- Experience with environmental permitting processes (Italian VIA, AIA, AUA)
- Background in environmental permitting for Data Centers and Renewable Energy is a plus
- Proactive, committed and technically solid
- Team-oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- High collaboration with engineering teams and specialists
- Experience in international environments and multi‑office projects is a plus
- Knowledge of compliance audits and due diligence for facilities, infrastructure, and new developments is valued
- Experience in noise and air emission assessments is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG consulting is a plus
