Technical Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Engineer to lead our product technical management for the Italian market. This role focuses on technical coordination, regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and after-sales technical support. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with R&D;, production, and product management to ensure smooth communication and on-time project delivery. After-Sales Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and training to the Italian service team; resolve product issues and enhance customer satisfaction. EU Certification Management: Lead the whole process of EU certifications (CE, etc.), including document preparation, liaison with certification bodies, test follow-up, and certificate acquisition. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor EU technical regulations and local Italian laws; conduct system-wide compliance analysis and reporting covering design,



production and sales. Tender Technical Support: Prepare and manage technical documentation for tenders, including proposals, parameter reviews, response drafts, and clarifications. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in technical coordination or product compliance for EU markets, preferably in equipment manufacturing. Solid knowledge of EU certification processes (CE, etc.), technical regulations, and tender requirements. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills with a problem-solving mindset. Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent technical writing skills.
