Overview

As Engineering Construction Senior Planner, you will lead planning and scheduling across home office and site activities, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and the Project Execution Plan. You will guide the planning team, develop procedures and schedules, and drive risk analysis and performance monitoring to support project control. You’ll collaborate with multiple functions to optimize baselines, cost projections, and procurement timelines, delivering insights that shape project outcomes. This role offers impact through shaping project controls and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Guide planning team on project control tools and initialization
- Develop and maintain planning procedures (WBS, schedules, progress measurement)
- Prepare planning documents (Execution Plan, Milestones Plan, WBS, Baseline packages)




- Lead planning workshops and risk analysis sessions
- Define planning outputs and ensure consistency across reports
- Monitor deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions
- Monitor manhour expenditure and productivity trends
- Coordinate with procurement, cost control, and subcontractors for planning inputs
- Lead Site Planning Team and ensure alignment with PCM
- Collect planning data for close-out and lessons learned
