As a Firmware and Control Engineer, you design, analyze and troubleshoot embedded firmware, driving robust software for power and control applications. You will collaborate with the firmware and tech‑support teams to define specifications, validate designs, and document outcomes. Your work supports product lifecycles from development to field service, ensuring reliable control solutions. This role offers impact through cross‑functional collaboration in a global company focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilità

- 3+ years in control algorithms design using Simulink/Matlab, PID, Clarke and Park transforms, digital filtering, and Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop
- strong C language knowledge for DSP real‑time systems
- experience with Git/GitLab and TortoiseSVN
- DSP/MCU architecture knowledge, preferably TI oriented
- preferred: Can Bus, I2C, SPI and Serial protocols, PWM and ADC, laboratory instruments
- university master degree in Software/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years in related fields (UPS, Inverter, Power converter or low voltage electrical distribution) is a plus
- good PLM knowledge and processes
- team player with strong communication
- customer oriented with willingness to travel
- good English language skills
