Experteer Overview

In this role you will translate customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial processes. You will work across Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering to support design, testing and after-sales activities, ensuring regulatory and standards compliance. The position emphasizes technical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, with travel across several European countries. You will help shape safe, effective solutions that support Promat’s mission in a sustainable construction future.

- Provide technical application support to customers and colleagues
- Develop compliant insulation and refractory solutions
- Interpret customer requirements and specifications
- Support projects from design through to after-sales
- Prepare and review technical documentation

Responsabilità

- Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
- Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
