Core Responsibilities Ensure duties are carried out smoothly to improve the visibility of the hotel.
Maintain a clean and well‑kept hotel environment, creating a lovely setting for customers.
Handle all menus and reservations by coordinating with various departments in charge.
Coordinate with other departments for room readiness and manage guest complaints and queries.
Demonstrate leadership and management skills to maintain a productive and motivated team.




Attend appropriate training courses when required and demonstrate knowledge of hotel operations across various categories.
Hire and train staff in professional conduct and manage guest expectations to prevent complaints.
Candidate Qualifications Average level of English proficiency.
Positive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Ability to listen to others’ complaints.
Good leadership.
The Royal Horse Guards Hotel needs suitable candidates both within and outside the United Kingdom. The hotel management will secure the necessary travel documents for employees who need to travel to and work in the United Kingdom.
