Experteer Overview In this role you will advance advanced planning and scheduling solutions for 3DS customers in the MED region, partnering with a global team from Rome. You’ll become proficient in DELMIA Quintiq and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, shaping how clients meet operational targets. You will translate customer needs into values-driven demonstrations and configurations that support go-lives and larger deals. This position offers international exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence complex manufacturing planning programs.

Identify customer requirements and map them to business KPIs, tailoring communications for diverse stakeholders
Analyze configurations to match customer technical and process expectations
Deliver engaging solution demonstrations highlighting concrete customer benefits
Provide functional support during solution development and daily operations
Act as a bridge between programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and customers to align efforts
Contribute to larger deal sizes, faster closures, and successful go-lives




Responsabilità Master's degree with proven experience as a Solution Consultant/Engineer or Solution Architect in the Supply Chain and Operations Planning domain
Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Detailed Scheduling
Extensive experience in a relevant industry, preferably with international exposure
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, ICT sales methodologies, and ICT system integration
Analytical and architectural mindset with deep understanding of business processes and their value
Ability to present and negotiate solutions with internal and external stakeholders, including customer organizations
Previous experience in large-scale, complex software sales and/or implementations
Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills to secure buy-in from both internal teams and customers regarding best practices and solution accelerators
Availability to travel
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
