Experteer Overview In this role you will manage a portfolio of accounts across the assigned market, driving Golf, Sports and Entertainment business for Castiglion del Bosco. You act as the brand ambassador, collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing team to grow accounts and exceed client expectations. You will leverage Salesforce and coordinate with Events Sales to maximize opportunities, while shaping the Sales & Marketing strategy and delivering compelling client presentations. You join a high-performance, growth-focused luxury hotel with global expansion ambitions.

Craft tailored proposals reflecting the property's identity and client needs
Utilize Salesforce to track performance and ensure seamless client interactionsCollaborate with Events Sales to convert leads and pursue high-potential opportunities
Analyze trends to contribute to Sales & Marketing strategy and provide actionable insights
Build SMART key account plans with clear objectives,



timelines, and conversion strategies
Engage decision-makers at all levels and adapt sales approaches to secure new business
Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and client presentations
Responsabilità Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and Opera PMS
Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and verbal communication
Strong relationship-building, attention to detail, and polished interpersonal skills
Team player who contributes to a positive and ambitious culture
Proactive mindset with willingness to mentor others and support development initiatives
Personal interest in Sports and Golf is appreciated
Requisiti fondamentali 2 days off per week
