Experteer Overview In this role you define IT strategy in partnership with business stakeholders and drive the adoption of global IT solutions. You optimize end-to-end Record to Report processes, focusing on General Ledger Closing, Inventory valuation, and SAP S/4 Finance within the SAP and Power BI ecosystem. You bridge technology with business goals, lead digitalization and automation initiatives, and support change management for SAP updates. Based in Parma, you’ll collaborate with Controlling and Finance leadership to deliver value at scale.
Benefits Gather and translate business requirements into functional/technical specs for SAP solutions and ERP extensions
Manage IT projects and act as primary IT contact for Controlling stakeholders
Drive digitalization, automation, ML and AI initiatives to enhance capabilities
Translate finance needs into clear IT roadmaps and requirements
Identify process optimization opportunities and standardize/simplify SAP-related processes
Support finance leadership in data-driven, pragmatic decision making
Support change management for SAP S/4 updates and Fiori adoption
Contribute to end-to-end Record to Report improvements within the SAP extended environment
Collaborate to define adoption roadmaps for SAP and related tools
Responsabilità 5+ years in IT/finance roles within consultancy or multinational companies
Bachelor (in Economics/Business Administration/Management Engineering/IT)
Fluency in English
Strong knowledge of finance controlling processes: Material Ledger, Product Costing, Margin analysis
Experience with Planning/Actual Product Cost Calculation and managerial/statutory reporting
Advanced SAP S/4 Finance knowledge (material ledger, controlling, WBS)
Project management capability
Experience with sustainability topics is a plus
Fiori apps familiarity is a plus
Certifications such as ITIL v4, Agile are a plus
International experience is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
