Experteer Overview In this role you set up and run tests for low‑voltage products in the ABB Electrification Smart Power division, with hands‑on measurement and documentation. You will ensure tests align with standards, analyze results, and report findings, contributing to ongoing validation of devices in the R&D; Lab in Bergamo. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interact with customers during testing activities, fueling quality and improvements. This is a practical, impact‑focused position in a forward‑looking energy solutions environment.

Prepare test set‑up, instruments and connect device under test to testing plant
Execute tests and document results
Analyze test outcomes for compliance and generate reports
Propose improvements in test techniques and equipment
Assist and support customers during testing activities




Responsabilità High School Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical or Electronic field
Basic knowledge of Electrical engineering
Experience with electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, analytical capability, and manual skills
Computer skills including programming knowledge and office software
Teamwork orientation, willingness to learn, problem‑solving attitude
Italian and English language communication
