In this role you will lead the factory HSE function, coordinating with line managers to ensure safety, compliance, and capability development. You will drive behavioral safety change and HSE learning across the organization, aligning with standards and best practices. The position blends governance with hands‑on support to sustain a leaner, cleaner manufacturing environment. You will operate in a hybrid setup, contributing to ABB’s safety culture and broader sustainability goals.

Responsabilità

- Extensive experience in HSE within a manufacturing setting (≥5 years)
- Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and relevant international standards
- RSPP/ASPP qualification is preferred
- University degree in HSE engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in Italian and English
