You will steer the people agenda across three Italian sites, partnering with the Plant Director and global HR networks to shape a forward-looking people strategy for 280+ employees. This role anchors compliance, culture, and leadership development in a multinational manufacturing setting. You will drive HR policies, talent management, and employer branding while collaborating across regional and global teams. The opportunity offers visible impact, cross-location scope, and a platform to influence senior leaders and organizational culture.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Act as trusted advisor and strategic partner to Plant Director on people topics
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations; guide leaders and mitigate risks
- Drive and implement HR policies, processes, and tools aligned with business goals

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Law or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of generalist HR management experience, ideally in international and manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of local employment law
- Fluency in both Italian and English
