Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to join our Venice, Italy on-demand dispatch network on a freelance/B2B basis. You will provide onsite hardware and software support, manage IMAC tasks, and assist with network issues in enterprise environments.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to travel to customer sites. You will document work and follow SLA/ITIL processes, escalating complex issues when needed.
