Experteer Overview

In this role you design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud-to-edge platforms that support multiple regional and business teams. You provide technical leadership in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and edge-to-cloud integration, delivering production-ready, repeatable solutions. You will standardize architecture patterns, bolster reliability, and collaborate with automation teams to scale platforms. This role sits in the Global Portfolio Engineering group and offers hands‑on impact across cloud and edge environments. You’ll help shape long‑term platform evolution in a multi‑cloud, security‑conscious context.

- Design and operate cloud-native infrastructure for distributed edge and centralized cloud workloads
- Develop Kubernetes-based runtime environments for secure, observable operations
- Establish platform standards for networking, identity, access control, secrets management, and workload security
- Architect and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows for infrastructure and platform services
- Collaborate with automation teams to integrate controls, pipelines, and guardrails
- Lead containerization strategy including image lifecycle, vulnerability management, and runtime hardening
- Set up monitoring,



logging, alerting, and incident response for cloud and edge environments
- Create reusable reference architectures, templates, and runbooks for global adoption
- Support regional teams with guidance, design reviews, and production readiness assessments
- Contribute to multi‑cloud readiness and future architecture expansion

Responsabilità

- 7+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering or cloud operations
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (Azure strongly preferred)
- Production Kubernetes experience (cluster operations, upgrades, networking, security)
- Containers and orchestration in enterprise environments
- Edge-to-cloud integration experience and hybrid connectivity
- Zero-trust security, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, policy enforcement
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or Bicep)
- CI/CD tooling and GitOps workflows
