As an Account Executive for Enterprise Accounts, you own growth strategies for large UK and EMEA customers, guiding sophisticated engagements and long-term value. You will engage senior stakeholders, drive revenue expansion, and negotiate complex agreements within enterprise frameworks. You work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business outcomes, delivering measurable growth while operating with autonomy. This role offers visibility across executive-level buyers and a chance to shape enterprise adoption and success.

- Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned enterprise accounts with senior stakeholder engagement
- Expand adoption across business units and buying groups within complex enterprises
- Drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across solutions
- Support and optimise consumption-based or subscription commercial models
- Lead negotiation and closure of complex enterprise agreements with multiple stakeholders
- Navigate deal structures with Deal Desk, legal, finance, partners, and specialist teams
- Own pipeline management and forecasting accuracy for expansion opportunities
- Provide strategic advisory to executive stakeholders and deliver insight-led value propositions
- Lead co-selling with technical specialists, extended sales teams, and partners; ensure smooth post‑sale handover to CustomerSuccess
Responsabilità
- Experience owning and growing large enterprise or strategic accounts in B2B environments
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from strategy to closure
- Strong commercial acumen including enterprise-scale agreements and expansions
- Ability to engage credibly with senior/executive stakeholders
- Experience operating in matrixed sales environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with UK enterprise buying behaviours and commercial practices
- Preferred: experience with EBAs or equivalent large-scale frameworks; SaaS/subscription/consumption models; co-sell with partners; CRM/forecasting tools; degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
