You lead and develop Area Managers to drive excellence in safety, quality and productivity across Fulfilment Centres. You design and oversee the operational plan to meet targets, working closely with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security. You analyze performance, implement improvements, and mentor your shifts to build capable managers. This role sits at the intersection of day-to-day operations and site-wide innovation, contributing to Amazon’s fast, reliable fulfilment network.

- Bachelor
- Experience in people and stakeholder management
