As Production Solutions Tender Manager you drive profitable revenue by owning the inquiry-to-order process and aligning commercial strategy with sales and technical teams. You collaborate across regions and global HQ to deliver the best technical and commercial solutions, balancing risk and margin. You’ll lead a cross‑functional team, promote value‑based selling, and own financial forecasting for deals requiring approval. This role combines strategic influence with hands‑on governance of the ITO process to win high‑value tenders.

Oversee and potentially lead a small‑to‑mid Commercial team
Validate risk/reward balance including terms, margin, and payment security
Contribute to pricing and conditions within predefined frameworks
Promote Baker Hughes value propositions and improve customer experience through solution‑based selling
Collaborate with Global HQ, Regional sales, and cross‑functional teams (pricing, risk, contracts, technical sales)
Uphold governance of commercial processes; evolve segment teams with new policies
Support regional Early Engagement opportunities and tenders
Build and own Commercial Proposal Summary / Project Financial forecast for deals requiring financial approval
Own MW and cross-PL opportunities; coordinate with Global OFSE and IS HQ for select projects
Ensure clear understanding of customer requirements to deliver optimal technical and commercial solutions
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and other functions for cost‑out options and profitability
Drive contract simplification via standardization and knowledge sharing
Conduct After Action Review for high‑value deals; communicate takeaways and actions
Coordinate across sales, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, and finance
Manage the ITO-to-OTR handoff to ensure execution of promises to customers
Responsabilità
Bachelor's degree in any field
Master's degree preferred xlwpduy
4+ years in Sales or Commercial roles
3+ years in Oil & Gas (upstream/downstream chemicals)
Willingness to travel 20–30%
Strong written and verbal communication
Proven leadership and ability to influence across teams
Experience with ITO process, P&L; management, and commercial discipline
Proficiency with commercial tools and analytics platforms to manage margins and price execution
