Experteer OverviewIn this role you will drive optics transceivers sourcing and supplier collaboration to align with Cisco's hardware roadmap. You will bridge engineering and suppliers to optimize supply, cost, and delivery across complex programs. You will shape sourcing strategy, assess risks, and develop alternate technical solutions to meet business needs. This role offers influence across multiple locations and business units, with a focus on enabling scalable, reliable optics supply while advancing Cisco's innovation agenda.

Responsibilities

- MS or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Technical knowledge of optics transceivers for single and multi‐mode applications
- Deep knowledge of optics transceivers xlwpduy ecosystem components (Laser, PD, TIA; Driver, CDR/DSPs)
- Proficiency in negotiation to secure competitive advantages and high customer satisfaction
