and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; brTo understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; brTo resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; brTo handle returns of merchandise; brTo maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; brTo support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store; brTo arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; brTo operate cash registers and close daily revenues; brTo maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; brTo go the “extra mile” to meet targets. xrdbqlu brThe Candidate: brFluency in English (written spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated; brRetail or service industry experience; brGreat customer service and people skills; brAbility to communicate and inspire customers store colleagues; brGood standard of numeracy and problem solving; brAbility to work towards goals; brStrong organizational skills; brDynamic and creative.
