Experteer Overview

In this role you will design, build, and operate secure cloud-to-edge platforms that enable distributed workloads across regional and business teams. You’ll provide hands‑on engineering leadership in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and edge‑to‑cloud integration while standardizing architecture patterns to improve reliability and security. You will work with automation teams to deliver scalable, production‑ready solutions and contribute to evolving the platform for multi‑cloud readiness. This role combines technical execution with collaboration across global teams in a hybrid setup.

- Design and operate cloud‑native infrastructure for distributed edge and central cloud workloads
- Develop Kubernetes‑based runtimes for secure, observable operations
- Set platform standards for networking, identity, access control, secrets management, and workload security
- Architect and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows for infrastructure and platform services
- Collaborate with automation teams to integrate controls and deployment guardrails
- Lead containerization strategy, including image lifecycle and vulnerability management
- Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response for cloud and edge environments




- Create reusable reference architectures, templates, and runbooks for global adoption
- Support regional teams with technical guidance and design reviews
- Contribute to long‑term platform evolution, including multi‑cloud readiness and future expansion

Responsabilità

- 7+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering or cloud operations
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (Azure strongly preferred)
- Production Kubernetes experience including cluster operations, upgrades, networking, and security controls
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration in enterprise environments
- Experience designing edge‑to‑cloud integration and hybrid connectivity
- Experience with zero‑trust security, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, and policy enforcement
- Hands‑on Infra as Code (Terraform or Bicep) experience
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and GitOps workflows
