Overview

As Contract Logistics Site Manager in Siziano, you drive operational excellence at a multi-client healthcare logistics center. You lead warehouse operations, optimize space, equipment and labor, and ensure service levels while managing budgets and change initiatives. You collaborate across levels to foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, shaping how goods flow from storage to delivery. This role offers growth across a global logistics leader and meaningful impact on patient-focused healthcare supply chains.

Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to meet customer requirements and service standards
- Optimize space, equipment and labor utilization
- Develop and execute the site’s annual plan focused on service excellence, efficiency and cost control
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a strong safety culture across the team
- Manage human and financial resources to ensure successful site performance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
- Support talent development,

- Ensure compliant operations, including GxP considerations for healthcare logistics when relevant

Qualifications

- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Background in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics preferred with GxP knowledge
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proven experience in warehouse and fulfillment center management with direct workforce management
- Strong leadership to manage teams and resources
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
