As a Retirement Advisor in Milan, you support senior consultants delivering administration and advisory services for pension funds, focusing on governance, compliance, and risk management. You will help manage governance documents, beneficiary processes, and regulatory reporting, collaborating with third‑party partners. The role contributes to shaping retirement solutions and financial well‑being for clients across markets. You will work in a cross‑functional team, with opportunities to influence governance and risk controls in a global context.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Update and manage governance documentation (notices, minutes, archiving, filings)
- Provide operational support to implement decisions and prepare contractual documents
- Manage agevolazioni requests, enrollments, complaints, and regulatory reports
- Conduct second‑level controls and monitor risk management KPIs
- Coordinate with third‑party suppliers and update institutional documentation




- Analyze tax issues related to supplementary pensions

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related fields
- Knowledge of pension regulations (D.Lgs. 252/2005, IORP II, DORA, GDPR) and supervisory practices
- Experience in operational management of pension funds including enrollments, benefits, complaints
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team‑oriented attitude in international contexts
