Experteer Overview

As a Business Development professional in Italy, you drive new partner acquisitions for Fresha’s SaaS marketplace. You’ll work with the Commercial team to identify and engage key decision-makers, present solutions, and manage the full sales cycle. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth partner experience and contribute market feedback to shape strategy. This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a clear impact on partner success and revenue.

Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets through outbound and inbound outreach (phone, email, social)
- Present and demo Fresha products to prospective and existing partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Perform cost-agevolazioni and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives




- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless partner experience
- Provide market and industry trend feedback to the team
- Contact all qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM
- Serve as primary contact for partners on commercial activities

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales with a successful track record
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms preferred
- Strong hunter mentality and relationship-building能力
- Excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking and time management
- Curiosity and willingness to grow and develop
- Fluency in Italian
- Bonus: English proficiency and experience in Beauty & Wellness
