Experteer Overview

In this role you enable smooth activation and ongoing support for fiscal cash registers, helping scale Nexi’s digital payments capabilities. You will work within a collaborative, international team in Milan to ensure regulatory alignment and high service quality. You’ll coordinate complex integrations and provide training to customers and technicians, shaping how retailers manage cash register solutions. This position offers meaningful impact by reducing regulatory risk and improving the efficiency of installation and support across channels.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Act as SME for activation and technical support of fiscal cash register solutions, including integrations where applicable
- Oversee network delivery with a focus on fiscal compliance and high service quality, tracking and resolving operational and fiscal issues
- Coordinate installation and technical support activities to align regulatory requirements, system configurations, and operational processes
- Provide ongoing training on fiscal cash registers and store management software used by advanced retail points




- Ensure strong training performance during service activation and maintenance touchpoints

Responsabilità

- At least 5 years of experience in technical services related to fiscal cash registers and dealer management
- Knowledge of fiscal regulations related to electronic cash registers
- Proven ability to manage complex integrations by coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to anticipate technical or commercial issues before impacting partners
- Strong interaction with internal technical teams
- Results-oriented mindset in dynamic, tech-driven environments
- Problem-solving skills
