Experteer Overview

In this role you will support asset management activities for the South Italy center, focusing on developing strategies and evaluating financial performance. You will work alongside cross‑functional teams to build business plans, model cash flows, and run scenario analyses to drive value across assets. You will coordinate Project Management, Property Management, letting, and reporting to monitor performance against targets. This is an opportunity to contribute to a major real estate portfolio within a leading global real estate manager.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Identify and implement Real Estate development strategies
- Prepare and finalize business plans, cash flow and scenario simulations for assets
- Coordinate Project Management, Property Management and Agency activities




- Coordinate rental activities for vacant or renegotiated spaces via internal Letting functions and external brokers
- Produce reports on asset portfolio performance and monitor performance targets
- Support Accounting in costs/revenues analysis and budget deviations
- Develop increasing autonomy in analyses and decision support

Responsabilità

- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Economics
- Master's degree in Real Estate is a plus
- 0-2 years of experience in related roles
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent use of Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
