Experteer Overview

As a Construction Manager at Arcadis, you will lead on-site construction execution, representing the client and coordinating with diverse stakeholders to maintain quality, schedule, and efficiency. You will access comprehensive project documentation to address challenges and involve the right experts when needed. The role centers on translating plans into on-site results while aligning with the company’s sustainability focus. This position is Milan-area, with frequent site presence and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of construction management experience
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Italian (B2)
- Ability to travel autonomously
- Knowledge/experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines (plus)
- Data Center construction experience (plus)
- Experience with project management procedures (plus)
- Professional accreditations (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent) (plus)
- Frequent site presence required

Requisiti fondamentali

- salary range 41.600,00 - 62.400,00
