DevOps Engineer

Position Summary

Teoresi S.p.A., 35+ years of history, 8 companies across Italy, the United States, Germany, Switzerland, over 1200 resources, 4 acquisitions in a year, one partner, and a single solution. We are expanding a team operating in the Telco sector and are looking for a DevOps Software Engineer.

Education and Experience

Degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.

Technical Skills

- Experience with Docker, Swarm and Kubernetes
- Excellent knowledge of Golang and Python
- Experience managing and customizing complex open‑source projects
- Experience writing CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins
- Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Ansible, Terraform)
- Familiarity with Linux systems and server environment management
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)

Additional Qualities

- Strong teamwork orientation
- Excellent relational skills
- High problem‑solving ability

Security Practices





The ideal candidate must be familiar with Secure Coding practices, vulnerability management and security frameworks, implementing security measures throughout the software life cycle.

Compensation

- Indicative total compensation: €34,000 - €40,000 gross per year
- Position within the range will be defined based on skills, experience and selection results
- Deviations from the range may be considered for candidates with particularly distinctive skills, with internal approval
