We’re Hiring an Operations Team Lead At Atlantic Gate, we are a medium-sized, globally active freight forwarding company with a strong focus on sea freight. Our Genoa office is home to a small, ambitious, and fast-growing team with a clear goal: to become a leading player in the industry. To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to join our team. Your Impact In this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business. You will play a key role in shaping processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Your Responsibilities * Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department * Work closely with your team and actively handle import/export shipments * Challenge and improve current ways of working to enhance efficiency * Ensure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS) and external regulations * Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining competitive service levels * Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents,
