We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s administrative operations. In a fast-paced video game development environment, this role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and is comfortable working in a dynamic, creative industry. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage all administrative functions across the company * Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and outsourcing relationships * Manage contracts, documentation, and internal compliance processes * Support finance-related administrative activities (invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting coordination) * Ensure proper maintenance of company records, databases, and filing systems * Implement and improve administrative processes and workflows * Assist leadership with reporting, planning, and operational tasks * Coordinate internal communications and HR processes (onboarding, documentation, policies) * Handle procurement of office supplies, software, and services * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory,
