Experteer Overview

In this role you will define and evolve the end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms, driving platform consistency and scalability across product lines. You act as the primary technical authority for software and E/E systems, guiding cross-functional integration and resolving complex system-level challenges. You will establish architecture standards and governance, enabling data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities. This is a pivotal role for shaping AGCO’s platform architecture and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems
- Strong expertise in AUTOSAR and MBSE for scalable architectures
- Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision‑making across large‑scale programs
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, interfaces, integration strategies, and lifecycle management
- Demonstrated track record in platform architecture, system integration, and delivery of high-quality solutions
