Experteer Overview

In this role you lead on-site HR administration within a multinational setting, ensuring adherence to global HRO standards and local regulations. You will drive governance, compliance, and process optimization while managing a small to mid‑sized team. You’ll oversee end‑to‑end employee administration across the lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement and reliable internal controls. This position offers impact through standardized processes, KPI reporting, and collaboration with cross‑site HR operations.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Ensure adherence to global HR Operations standards and procedures across the employee lifecycle
- Oversee administration of employment contracts, hires, departures, benefits, health schemes, social security, and safety training
- Manage welfare programs, insurance, and mandatory communications; oversee Law 68/99 processes and sector‑specific memberships




- Monitor KPIs, produce dashboards, and drive continuous improvement actions
- Ensure regular internal audits and compliance with Internal Control requirements
- Lead and develop the HR on‑site team, manage workload, and implement training plans
- Coordinate production of monthly payroll and administration KPIs
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and dissemination of HR policy changes to the team and broader HR community

Responsabilità

- Bachelor or Master degree specialized in HR and Payroll
- Experience in team management (more than 5 HC)
