Experteer Overview

In this role you will manage end-to-end trade finance operations for letters of credit and bank guarantees, supporting the Wholesale Banking Operations team. You will ensure accurate processing, compliance checks, and customer coordination, while acting as a backup for WB Ops activities. You will work in a cross-functional, international environment to enable smooth transaction flows and risk controls. This is an opportunity to contribute to ING's trade finance excellence and global coverage with a clear impact on execution quality.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Process and advise on export documentary credits and input into systems
- Manage bank credit lines for confirmed LCs and related checks
- Oversee end-to-end processing: document checks, discrepancies, negotiations, comply checks
- Issue/amend import LCs and input into systems
- Issue/amend/renew domestic and cross-border guarantees; verify credit lines and handle commissions




- Verify credit line availability and reconcile accounts
- Process import/export bills and support transparency/documentation (DDS, TFS)
- Support in IFS/IRM bookings and act as back‑up for WB Ops approvals

Responsabilità

- Experience of at least 10 years in trade finance operations
- Ability to manage critical situations with sound decision-making
- Master's degree in economics
- Advanced English language skills
- Knowledge of UCP 600 and ISBP Publication No. 745
- Proficiency with SWIFT platform and related message types; advanced Excel and Outlook
