YOUR ROLE

As a Network Transformation Consultant, you will support leading telecom operators in defining and executing complex network and OSS transformation journeys. You will contribute to strategic initiatives focused on network strategy, operating model evolution, and technology transformation, helping clients modernize their networks while ensuring operational stability and long‑term scalability.

- Support the definition of network and OSS transformation strategies, contributing to structured roadmaps that address both short‑term priorities and long‑term evolution;
- Contribute to operating model evolution, including Target Operating Model design, governance frameworks, and role/responsibility definition across network and IT domains;
- Support end‑to‑end network and OSS transformation initiatives, spanning planning, engineering, deployment, and operations;
- Perform technology analysis and scouting, engaging with vendors and solution providers to assess architectures, tools, and innovative services;
- Develop strategic analyses and Business Cases to support decision making on network evolution and consolidation initiatives;
- Prepare client‑ready deliverables, including executive presentations and strategic documents, working in mixed consulting‑client teams and supporting senior stakeholders;
- Progressively take ownership of workstreams and client interactions within complex, multi‑stakeholder transformation programs.

YOUR PROFILE

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields;
- Master or MBA in Business, Finance, or Strategy is considered a plus;
- Strong analytical skills, with clear strategic thinking and an end‑to‑end, systemic perspective;
- Experience in technology strategy, network transformation, or large transformation programs, preferably in Telco / ICT environments;




- Proven exposure to technology scouting activities and collaboration with vendors.

Fluent Italian and English required. 5+ years of experience in strategic or technology‑driven roles, with a focus on network/OSS architectures, innovative services, or transformation initiatives in the Telco / ICT sector; 3+ years in roles with leadership responsibilities, including interaction with senior and executive‑level stakeholders; advanced capabilities in project and program management, managing complex initiatives with multiple streams and dependencies; solid understanding of Telco network domains (planning, engineering, deployment, operations) and OSS concepts; familiarity with industry frameworks (e.g. TM Forum ODA) is considered a strong asset; excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce executive‑level documentation and presentations, also in English.

Gross Annual Salary (RAL)

from €33,059 to €42,900

The salary range indicated has been defined in compliance with European and national legislation on pay transparency. The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender‑neutral criteria.

The job offer is intended for both sexes in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
