Firstunion is seeking a driven City Manager to lead retail channel development in Lombardy (Milan). You will own tobacco retail accounts, execute in-store brand activities, and gather market insights through frequent store visits.

The role requires a hunter mindset and experience in tobacco, vaping, or FMCG sectors, with a drivers license and ability to cover a wide local territory in Italy. Proficiency in Italian is mandatory; English is a plus.
