You will support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making, ensuring high-quality information that aligns with business objectives. You will work with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, international setting and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and analytics. Retribuzione / Benefits

- Coordinate timely and accurate financial reports and planning deliverables
- Support FP&A; activities including forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reviews
- Deliver analysis on revenue, margins, OpEx, balance sheet, and profitability
- Provide data‑driven recommendations for strategic and operational decisions
- Partner with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, controls, and reporting standards
- Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams




- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools
- G/L account and balance reconciliation; collaborate with Corporate Finance Service; balance sheet forecast for AR and Liabilities

Responsabilità

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong FP&A;, controlling, or business finance experience
- Advanced analytical capabilities with large datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
