Experteer Overview

In this role at Vestas Taranto, you ensure supplier quality for production materials, lead NCR handling and RCA activities, and implement corrective actions at supplier sites to prevent recurrence. You will interface with regional and global SQ&D;, sourcing, and logistics to drive quality improvements and reduce cost of poor quality. The position supports a safe, compliant production environment in the wind energy sector and offers development within a global, purpose-driven company.

- Ensure supplier quality for all production material groups at Taranto site
- Lead NCR handling, RCA analysis, and corrective action implementation at supplier locations
- Interface with Regional/Global SQ&D;, sourcing and logistics and external customers
- Drive cost of poor quality reduction through quality improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure problem resolution and prevention

Responsabilità





- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and supplier management
- Internal auditor ISO 9001:2015 and/or VDA 6.3
- Experience with ISO 14001/45001 or similar EHS management systems (desirable)
- Six Sigma Green Belt with DMAIC experience
- Stakeholder management and business understanding
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem‑solving, organization and communication skills
- Ability to work in a diverse, global environment
