Experteer Overview

In this role within Customer Solution Italy, you drive procurement system excellence and digitalisation to enable efficient, compliant sourcing. You collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and business requesters to deliver customer-focused outcomes and continuous improvement. You turn data into insights for informed decisions and support supplier development and contract processing. You join a growth-driven, cross-functional team shaping sustainable procurement performance and user-friendly processes.

- Be the go-to for procurement systems and support users across the organization
- Lead digitalisation and innovation in procurement processes, test enhancements, and standardize processes
- Monitor procurement KPIs, analyze trends, and produce data-driven reports




- Prepare contracts and purchase orders; validate purchasing requests; ensure timely processing
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and promote adoption of procurement tools
- Support sourcing and supplier development activities with Category Managers
- Maintain data quality for suppliers and contracts; identify optimization opportunities

Responsabilità

- Master (or equivalent)
- Procurement and Supply Chain systems experience
- Analytical and reporting expertise
- Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
- SAP MM expertise plus knowledge of SRM, Coupa, EBP, EBCN, Extranet, or ECP
- Strong ownership mindset with data-driven problem-solving
- Excellent communication in Italian and English
