Security Manager

Reporting

Reports directly to GM / Operation Manager.

General Objective

Manages the daily operations of the security department using an external contractor to ensure protection of real estate, employees, guests, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and assess risk levels for personnel and facilities across operational units.
- Conduct periodic safety evaluations to monitor the application of procedures and controls.
- Follow key control guidelines to prevent key loss.
- Assist the maintenance manager with fire prevention and emergency preparedness programs.
- Conduct risk and hazard assessments on property and coordinate audits and incident monitoring.
- Analyze training needs in security relative to areas and risk types.
- Define, with Group HR and Organization, training content, materials, and delivery methods.
- Coordinate security rounds in internal and external areas, using external security staff.




- Inspect internal and external camera systems.
- Adhere to duty of care procedures to protect guests and employees.
- Manage anomalous activities inside and outside the property that could compromise well‑being.
- Handle complaints, resolve disputes, and negotiate conflicts.
- Implement action plans to monitor and control risks.

Qualifications & Experience

- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in medium to large sized facilities.

- Ability to work and collaborate with the team.
