ph3Production Supervisor /h3 pFor our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a: /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency targets and KPIs. /li liAct as the designated safety supervisor in compliance with Italian Health Safety regulations. /li liLead, organize, and supervise production activities, ensuring the availability of personnel, materials, equipment, and tools. /li liManage and develop the production team through effective communication, training, performance management, and employee engagement. /li liEnsure compliance with work orders and product specifications. /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement and actively support related initiatives. /li liIdentify and report equipment issues, process improvements, and resource needs. /li liCollaborate closely with the Manufacturing Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong alignment with company values: Respect, Responsibility, Collaboration, Reliability, and Agility. /li liProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage team performance. /li liStrong organizational and problem‑solving capabilities, with a results‑oriented mindset. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and functions. /li liAbility to make sound decisions, assess risks, and escalate issues when appropriate.
