The role centers on WPS development, fixturing design, automation and welding system optimization to standardize processes and improve safety, quality and productivity.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping within welding environments, develop SOPs, and track FPY, defect rates and labor efficiency while supporting capital
